Cake Making In Action

Mmmike whipped up a layered red velvet cake for baby Amelie's 100 day celebration (korean tradition)/July 4th BBQ. Here's the man in action frosting the cake:



Unfortunately, the cake was all served and eaten up before I had a chance to properly snap a photo of the finished product. Even after eating the enormous BBQ feast, the cake was ridiculously gooood. Thanks Mmmike!

A new favorite recipe: red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, topped with toasted coconut shavings. Really addictive. Our poor family pup only got to smell and see the newest creations. Sorry Jju!

Amy & Winston's Engagement

Red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for Amy & Winston's Engagement Party in June. The hearts and stars were made out of white and dark chocolate.

They were wrapped up in individual boxes and given out as favors to the guests:
